Prices are in Canadian dollars. Minimum order of $100 before taxes qualifies for free shipping.

Payment

Payment is made in full before the products are shipped. Online payment by Credit Card or Wire / Electronic Transfer is accepted.

Shipping

Shipping via Canada Post to Canada and the US.

Returns and Exchanges

a. All returns require prior written authorization with a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

b. Claims for shortage, damaged, defective, or incorrect goods received must be reported within 7 days of receipt, or all such claims shall be deemed waived.

c. All returned goods must be in “as sold” condition and in the original, unopened, undamaged packaging, and shipped in sealed cartons with appropriate packing materials, freight prepaid by Buyer. A packing list with the RGA number and itemized goods should be included.

d. Credit will be issued for the exchange of goods. All sales are final. No cash refunds will be given. Products will not be accepted for return after 30 days from the shipment date.
